Boiler Installation
Port Coquitlam
No heat? Old boiler finally gave out? We're Port Coquitlam's licensed gas fitters and we handle boilers exclusively. Permitted installs, same-day emergency service, and we actually pick up the phone.
Port Coquitlam Boiler Installation & Repair Experts
Port Coquitlam Boiler Install Experts has been handling boiler installations across the Tri-Cities and Greater Vancouver for over a decade. We're not a general HVAC shop that does boilers on the side. Boilers are our thing — hydronic systems, radiant floors, combi units, gas boiler replacements, the works.
Every job is handled by a licensed gas fitter certified through the BC Safety Authority. We pull the permits, schedule the inspection, and make sure the finished system runs the way it's supposed to. No corners cut. No callbacks.
Whether you're replacing a 20-year-old boiler that's finally given up, or building a brand-new hydronic system from scratch, we'll size it properly, install it cleanly, and walk you through the controls before we leave.

How We Install Boilers: Equipment & Standards
We work with condensing gas boilers from Navien, Viessmann, Weil-McLain, and IBC Technologies — brands with proven track records in BC's climate and reliable parts availability. Every boiler we install runs a minimum AFUE of 90%, and most of our residential installs land at 95–98%.
All hydronic piping is copper or cross-linked polyethylene (PEX), depending on the application. Radiant floor systems use oxygen-barrier PEX-A tubing run through a manifold system that lets us balance each zone independently.
We follow the BC Plumbing Code, the BC Building Code, and CSA B149.1 on every job. Permits are pulled before work starts. The Safety Authority inspection is scheduled as part of the project, not an afterthought.
Why Port Coquitlam Homeowners Call Us First
Actually Licensed
We're not a handyman with a gas wrench. Every tech holds a BC Safety Authority Gas Fitter Class B licence. It's the law, and we take it seriously.
We Pull the Permits
Every boiler installation in BC requires a permit. We handle the paperwork and coordinate the safety inspection — so you're covered, not cutting corners.
Correct Equipment
We do a heat-loss calculation before recommending a boiler size. An oversized or undersized boiler costs you money every month. We get it right from the start.
Warranty-Compliant Installs
Manufacturer warranties require certified installation. Our work meets every spec, so your warranty holds. We'll give you the paperwork to prove it.
Emergency Response
Boilers don't break at convenient times. We're available around the clock for emergencies across the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities.
No Upselling
We'll tell you if your existing boiler can be repaired rather than replaced. We're not in the business of selling equipment you don't need.
How Boiler Installation Works
Free Quote
Call or message us. We'll ask a few quick questions about your system and get back to you with an accurate estimate — no site visit required for most jobs.
On-Site Assessment
For larger installs, we come out to measure, assess your existing system, and do a heat-loss calculation so we can spec the right equipment.
Installation Day
We arrive with all parts, pull the permit, complete the installation, and pressure-test the system before firing it up. Most residential jobs are done in a single day.
Inspection & Handoff
We coordinate the BC Safety Authority inspection, and once it passes, we walk you through the controls. You get all the paperwork before we leave.
